Non-Committal Greeting Cards

I know I have some other posts to make, but this one has been on my mental to-do list for a few weeks now.  As you’re reading these, you might think that I have some serious Freudian-esque issues.  Well, I might, but don’t worry.  These cards were only conceptualized from a minor inconvenience and not major trauma.

The story goes, I was recently looking for a few greeting cards for people I’m not particularly  close with.  Then I started looking at all the “special occasion” cards and wondering what people would really like to say instead but are socially obligated to not say.  Thus, “Non-Committal Greeting Cards” were born.

Feel free to print and share whatever you like, just credit me somehow.  Credits for the photos are at the end.  Ah, and if it’s your photo I used, please don’t be offended: I just really liked the picture.

What do you think?  Have I got a career ahead of me, or what?

About MurasakiOkapi

Work has taken over a huge portion of my life in recent years, but I am trying hard to get back in the habit of being at least marginally creative on a semi-regular basis. Other than that, I'm a nature enthusiast and love all animals. I try to see things from many perspectives, and live on the sustainable side. I wouldn't say I'm a positive person, but at the same time I don't tend to get too down about things.

OMG…I think you are brilliant:) I’m always struggling at Father’s Day – all the store bought cards are so mushy..I just make my own but wish I could write several of these sentiments! You might have come up with the perfect get rich idea!!!
